I am a service-oriented realtor.  My background is as a system developer with consulting companies and with the US Government for the past 30+ years.  I have been a realtor for 8+ years.  We relocated to Land O Lakes, Florida to be closer to family in December 2007.

I completed the Graduate Realtor Institute program and have the GRI designation, which tells you that I am current with Florida real estate.  Keeping my involvement highly active, I am a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Professional Development committee and New Agent Orientation to help new agents become Realtors.

My specialty is first-time owners and helping buyers thread their way through short sales, foreclosures and HUD properties. My current activity is with short sales, both listings and selling. I believe that I can help qualified home seekers find the right place, whether it's a rental, lease-to-purchase arrangement or a traditional purchase.  My slogan is Helping Homeseekers Find The Right Home, at the Right Time.
